Famous Tandori Style Salmon
- Featured on WHAI
- 1 lb. salmon filet
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped ginger
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1 tsp cardiman
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Put salmon in baking pan. pour
ingredients from bowl over
salmon. Bake at 450° for 10
minutes. Serve
