Baked Swordfish, Mexican Style
- Featured on WHAI
- 1/2 lb swordfish
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 Tbl. tequila
- 2 Tbl lime juice
- 1 tsp chipotle pepper in adobo
Directions: Place swordfish on piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 425° for 10-12 mins.
