Michael's Baked Swordfish, Mexican Style - Featured on WHAI
  • 1/2 lb swordfish
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbl. tequila
  • 2 Tbl lime juice
  • 1 tsp chipotle pepper in adobo
Directions: Place swordfish on piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 425° for 10-12 mins.
