Michael's Pork Tenderloin with Rhubarb - Featured on WHAI
  • 2-3 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 2 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Place pork tenderloin and all ingredients in baking pan. Cook 45 minutes at 375°. Serve.
