Famous Pesto Beet Dip - Featured
on WHAI
- 1 16 oz. can sliced beets
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of a good grating cheese (romano)
- 1 shot of liquid smoke
- Salt & Pepper
Place beets in blender. Add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts,
liquid smoke and cheese.
Blend.
Serve with taco chips. |
