Michael's Famous Pesto - Featured on WHAI
  • 3/4 CUP OF EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 1 STICK OF MELTED BUTTER
  • 3- 4 CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 2 CUPS OF BASIL LEAVES LOOSLEY PACKED
  • 1/8 CUP OF PINE NUTS OR WALL NUTS
  • 1/8 CUP OF GRATED PARMASON CHEESE
  • 1 LB OF YOUR FAVORITE PASTA
Place above ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Biol and drain pasta, place in bowl. Top with pesto, toss add additional cheese if desired. Serve.
