Famous Pesto - Featured on
WHAI
- 3/4 CUP OF EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL
- 1 STICK OF MELTED BUTTER
- 3- 4 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 2 CUPS OF BASIL LEAVES LOOSLEY PACKED
- 1/8 CUP OF PINE NUTS OR WALL NUTS
- 1/8 CUP OF GRATED PARMASON CHEESE
- 1 LB OF YOUR FAVORITE PASTA
Place above ingredients in a blender and blend until
creamy. Biol and drain pasta, place in bowl. Top with
pesto, toss add additional cheese if desired. Serve.
