To make batter:
Beat 2 eggs, sugar, flour and rest of ingredients in bowl. Place peaches in bottom of 13x9 pan. Pour 2/3 cup of sugar over peaches. Pour batter over sugar and peaches.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes invert remove from pan. Top with whipping cream or ice cream.
