Famous Turkey Meatloaf - Featured on WHAI
- 2 lbs. Ground turkey
- 1 Medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Quick cooking oats
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Tyne or Bell’s poultry seasoning
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Quick cooking oats

Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, add onion, egg, 1 cup oats. Then add all the rest of the ingredients except 1/4 c. ketchup and 1/4 c. oats. Mash or mush or hand mix ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Spread the reserved 1/4 c. ketchup on top and sprinkle with 1/4 cup oats. Bake at 375‚ for 1 hour or until juices run clear. Serves 4 to 8 people.
