• 1 cup maple syrup
• 2 egg yokes
• 1 tbs. butter
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbs. flour
• 1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Combine the flour and butter. Add egg yokes and beat well.
Add maple syrup and cook slowly until thick. Add water.
Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with whipped cream and serve.
