Famous Maple Pudding - Featured
on WHAI
- 6 Tbl. Sugar
- 3 Tbl. Cornstarch
- 2 c. Milk, or half and half
- 3/4 c. Grade B maple syrup
Mix cornstarch with sugar in a small saucepan. Add
2 c. of cold milk, stirring with a wire whisk. Add maple
syrup. Heat slowly over low flame for approximately
5 minutes, until pudding thickens. Pour into custard
cups and chill. Add favorite topping, such as: bananas,
berries, whipped cream, pecans.
