Michael's Famous Maple Muffins

1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted butter

(combine and blend above ingredients)

1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder

Directions: Add salt and baking powder to combined ingredients. Pour batter into greased muffin tray and place into pre heated oven of 400° for 25 minutes. Serve.
