Famous Maple Meringue - Featured on
WHAI
- 4 egg whites, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 2 tbs. cold water
- 1/2 cup toasted Almonds
- A few cherries

Directions
Boil maple Syrup and water in non-stick pan. Beat egg whites
util stiff. Add syrup beating constantly.
Put in Sherbet Glasses, sprinkle Almonds on top, and add cherry
on tip top.
