Michael's Famous Maple Meringue - Featured on WHAI

  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
  • 2 tbs. cold water
  • 1/2 cup toasted Almonds
  • A few cherries

Directions

Boil maple Syrup and water in non-stick pan. Beat egg whites util stiff. Add syrup beating constantly.

Put in Sherbet Glasses, sprinkle Almonds on top, and add cherry on tip top.
