Famous Maple Chicken - Featured on
WHAI
- 2-3 lbs. of chicken or 1 lb boneless chicken, cut
up
- 1 c. Maple syrup
- 1 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Chopped or powdered garlic
Combine all above ingredients and marinate chicken overnight,
or 3-4 hours before cooking in a ziplock plastic bag.
Bake chicken 1 hour at 375° or 1/2 hour for chicken
breast or until juices run clear. Non-stick pan is recommended. |
