• 2 apples cored ,peeled ,finely chopped
• 2 tab. unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup horse radish
• 2/3 cup heavy cream

Cook apples in a pan with butter over low heat until apples beak down. Keep stirring. If the apples are finely chopped this should take about 5 minutes.

Add horse radish mix well.

Add heavy cream. Stir while cooking over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
