Famous Honey Mustard Shrimp - Featured
on WHAI
- 2 pounds shrimp - cleaned and de-veined
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges

Directions
Marinate Shrimp with all above ingredients except lemon wedges
for 20-30 minutes. Place shrimp on individual scours. If wooden
scours are used be sure to soak scours for 1 hour before using
them to prevent them from burning up. Place scour on grill over
low flame. Grill for 3 minutes turning once. Shrimp are cooked
when they turn pink. Remove Shrimp from grill. Serve with individual
lemon wedges. Rice is a good accompaniment. |
