Famous Ginger Pork Tenderloin - Featured
on WHAI
- 2 1/2lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 1 piece fresh ginger (thumb size)
- 3 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tbs. Dry Sherry
- 1tbs. Canola oil
Peel then cut slices of ginger. Add soy sauce, sherry, and oil
marinate tenderloin in above for 20 minutes to overnight.
Place tenderloin in baking pan with marinade and bake for 45 minutes
at 400°. Allow tenderloin to rest 10 minutes.
Slice and serve. |
