SMALL PIECES
- 1/2 RED ONION SLICED
- SALT & PEPPER
- 4 OR 5 JUICY RIPE TOMATOES
- 4 CLOVES GARLIC
- 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CUMIN
- 1/4 TEASPOON OREGANO
- 2 CUPS OF WATER
- 3 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 2 TABLE SPOONS RED WINE VINIGAR
- 1/2 CUP RED PEPPER SAUCE (LOUSIANA HOT SAUCE)
- RESERVE SOME FINELY CHOPPED CUCUMBER A FEW SLICES
OF FINELY CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATO FOR GARNISH
