  • SALT & PEPPER
  • 4 OR 5 JUICY RIPE TOMATOES
  • 4 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CUMIN
  • 1/4 TEASPOON OREGANO
  • 2 CUPS OF WATER
  • 3 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLE SPOONS RED WINE VINIGAR
  • 1/2 CUP RED PEPPER SAUCE (LOUSIANA HOT SAUCE)
  • RESERVE SOME FINELY CHOPPED CUCUMBER A FEW SLICES OF FINELY CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATO FOR GARNISH
