Michael's Curry Sauce for Hard Boiled Eggs - Featured on WHAI
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 pint chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 8 hard boiled eggs

Directions

Cut onions into small pieces and fry in butter until golden brown. Sprinkle curry powder over onions and mix well.

Add stock a little at a time until smooth. Cook 10 minutes.

Add cream stirring all the time.

Slice hard boiled eggs. Put sauce over eggs.

Serve with toasted triangles

Serves 4.
