Michael's Famous Cucumber and Yogurt Soup - Featured on WHAI
  • 3 long cucumbers, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 pints plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons fresh dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Place cucumber, onions, garlic and 1/2 cup water into blender and blend until smooth. Remove from blender and put in bowl. Add sour cream and yogurt and stir. Top each serving with fresh dill.
