Famous Cucumber and Yogurt Soup

- 3 long cucumbers, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pints plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 teaspoons fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Place cucumber, onions, garlic and 1/2 cup water into blender and blend until smooth. Remove from blender and put in bowl. Add sour cream and yogurt and stir. Top each serving with fresh dill.
