Famous Corn With Blue Cheese - Featured
on WHAI
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 green onion or chopped charlotte
- 4 or 5 ears of corn Remove cornels from Cob
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions
Sautee green onions in olive oil & butter until onions are
golden brown. Add cornels of uncooked corn and heavy cream. Add
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese.
Cook all above ingredients on top of stove in sauce pan for 5
minutes on low flame. Sauce will be bubbly & cheese will be
melted.
Add fresh ground black pepper & salt to taste if needed (Could
be to salty if much salt is added because of cheese.)
Serve as side dish. |
