Michael's Famous Corn With Blue Cheese - Featured on WHAI
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 green onion or chopped charlotte
  • 4 or 5 ears of corn Remove cornels from Cob
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions


Sautee green onions in olive oil & butter until onions are golden brown. Add cornels of uncooked corn and heavy cream. Add 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese.

Cook all above ingredients on top of stove in sauce pan for 5 minutes on low flame. Sauce will be bubbly & cheese will be melted.
Add fresh ground black pepper & salt to taste if needed (Could be to salty if much salt is added because of cheese.)

Serve as side dish.
