Famous Corn & Tomato Casserole

- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 cups of sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup of cracker crumbs
- 2 cups of cooked corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions
Cook bacon 1/2 way, drain and reserve fat. Grease 1
1/2 quart casserole dish with vegetable oil. Layer tomatoes,
cracker crumbs and corn, ending with a layer of corn.
Mix salt & pepper to reserved bacon fat and Worcestershire
sauce. Pour over vegetables and top with bacon slices.
Bake in oven at 375° for 45 minutes. |
