Michael's Famous Corn and Dill Muffins - Featured on WHAI
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • 3 table spoons sugar
  • 1 table spoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cream or 1 cup half & half
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Directions

Mix dry ingredients with beaten egg. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into muffin pan.

Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes.
