Famous Corn and Dill Muffins - Featured
on WHAI
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 3 table spoons sugar
- 1 table spoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cream or 1 cup half & half
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Directions
Mix dry ingredients with beaten egg. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into muffin pan.
Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes.
