& Jeff's Cold Strawberry Soup
- 4 cups strawberries
- 1/4 cup Brandy
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups apple juice
- 1 tea spoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
In a large bowl combine strawberries, sugar and brandy.
Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Puree the berry mixture
. Add remaining ingredients to bowl . Mix well cover
and refrigerate 2-3 hours more. Serve with sliced berries
on top with mint leaf. Serves 6
