Famous Coconut Shrimp - Featured
on WHAI
- 1 lb. 20-25 large shrimp peeled
- 3/4 cup rice flour with S&P
- 4 egg whites beaten
- 1 cup dried coconut
- 3 cups of canola oil
Place shrimp in rice flour to coat. Remove and dip in egg
and then dip in dried coconut.
Fry a few at a time in the heated canola oil. |
