Michael's Famous Coconut Shrimp - Featured on WHAI
  • 1 lb. 20-25 large shrimp peeled
  • 3/4 cup rice flour with S&P
  • 4 egg whites beaten
  • 1 cup dried coconut
  • 3 cups of canola oil
Place shrimp in rice flour to coat. Remove and dip in egg and then dip in dried coconut.

Fry a few at a time in the heated canola oil.
