Chicken Cutlets w/Lime or Lemon - Featured
on WHAI
- 6 boneless chicken cutlets
- 3 tablespoons xvoo
- 2 tablespoons sweet butter
- 1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 cup sour cream
- juice of 1/2 lime
Sautee boneless chicken cutlets in
butter and olive oil in sautee pan. Remove chicken from pan and
add wine, zest, juice of 1/2 lime. Reduce by app. 1/2. Add lemon,
sour cream and mint. TO HEAT ONLY
add chicken to sauce.
