1 unbaked pie shell 9"
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions

Prick pie shell with fork. Bake for 10 minutes at 450° until nicely brown. Lower temperature to 325°. Fill shell with grated cheese. Beat eggs, milk, cream, salt, hot sauce pour in shell.

Bake for 45 minutes
