Michael's Asparagus (Fiddle Head Ferns) w/soy sesame sauce - Featured on WHAI
  • 1 lb. asparagus (fiddle head ferns)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup chili paste
  • 1 tbs. sesame oil
  • 1 tbs. grated ginger
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbl. Chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs. toasted sesame seeds

Blanch 1 lb. asparagus in level amount of water in frying pan for 3 minutes. Place in cold water allow it cool. Mix sauce ingredients in bowl. Pour over asparagus and serve.
