Asparagus (Fiddle Head Ferns) w/soy sesame sauce

- 1 lb. asparagus (fiddle head ferns)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup chili paste
- 1 tbs. sesame oil
- 1 tbs. grated ginger
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 Tbl. Chopped garlic
- 1 tbs. toasted sesame seeds
Blanch 1 lb. asparagus in level amount of water in frying pan
for 3 minutes. Place in cold water allow it cool. Mix sauce ingredients
in bowl. Pour over asparagus and serve.
