Michael's Italian Style Asparagus - Featured on WHAI
  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • app. 1/4 cup shaved parmagano regiaon cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt

Blanch 1 lb. asparagus in level amount of water in frying pan for 3 minutes. Place in cold water allow it cool. Add ingredients over asparagus and serve.
