Italian Style Asparagus - Featured on
WHAI
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- app. 1/4 cup shaved parmagano regiaon cheese
- 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
Blanch 1 lb. asparagus in level amount of water in frying pan
for 3 minutes. Place in cold water allow it cool. Add ingredients
over asparagus and serve.
