Announcing the re-opening of
Mike & Tony's Pizzeria
at the
Green Emporium
 Once
the area's premier gourmet restaurant/gallery, owners Michael
Collins and Pacifico "Tony" Palumbo have relaunched
Green Emporium as an authentic Brooklyn style pizzeria.
With Chef Collins working the expanded kitchen and gracious Host
Palumbo welcoming guest, Green Emporium still maintains its unique
vibe featuring an artistic ambience, neon art, and beautiful gardens.
"With the economy the way it is, we've changed our menu making
it more affordable and offering the kinds of foods that would
attract in more local people."
Pizza will be available by the slice or by the pie; other offerings
will include homemade soups and chili, sandwiches, tacos, pasta,
as well as a familiar favorite from the Emporium's fine-dining
days: steamed mussels marinara.
"Simplifying the menu allows us to offer delicious foods
of the highest quality while keeping it affordable for our customers."
Located in the upper Pioneer Valley of
Western Massachusetts, Green Emporium is housed in a former Methodist Church
in the hill town of Colrain.
